EMPOWERMENT

The IP Empowerment Program is designed to provide you with valuable tools and insights through a combination of weekly video lessons and interactive sessions. Each week, you’ll gain access to new video material released on our course platform, offering step-by-step guidance tailored to your parenting and relationship journey.

Depending on the level of the program you choose, you’ll also benefit from group coaching or 1:1 sessions that allow you to dive deeper into the content, ask questions, and receive personalized support. Additionally, you’ll have access to support between sessions to ensure you feel confident and connected throughout the process.

We keep the program as accessible as possible, so no special materials are required beyond a reliable internet connection and a willingness to engage. Everything you need will be provided on the platform or through the sessions. If you’re unsure which level is best for you, we encourage you to book a discovery call to explore your needs and find the right fit.

Alongside your video/classroom material, we want your experience to be interactive and personal. We  offer various program options according to your needs. Depending on your preference, you can choose from:

1) weekly group sessions

2) monthly 1:1 sessions

3) weekly 1:1 sessions

All sessions are for 60 minutes duration, though group sessions may run overtime sometimes depending on the number of participants. We also have scheduled “open office” hours during the week which are drop-in sessions you can attend when needed, for any support you might require.

Yes, the core content of the program is the same across all options. Every participant, regardless of the program level they choose, receives access to the same comprehensive set of videos and course materials. The only difference lies in the level of personalised support: whether you have group coaching calls, 1:1 coaching calls, or how many of those calls are included. This allows you to select the level of guidance and interaction that works best for your needs.

The decision between group sessions and 1:1 sessions truly depends on your personal needs and goals, which is why we offer various levels of support in the IP Empowerment Program.

We recognize that every parent is on their own unique journey, and we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some parents thrive in the dynamic and collective learning environment of group coaching, while others may benefit from the tailored attention and deeper exploration offered in 1:1 sessions. Our aim is to provide the right level of support for your parenting and relationship goals without burdening you with sessions that don’t align with your needs.

We have various scheduled weekly Open Office Hours available to all members which are drop-in sessions you can attend when needed, for any additional support you might require.

Like anything in life, you will get out of this coaching experience what you put into it. The results you get are up to you. We can promise that if you commit to the process and put in the work, you will see results. If at the end of the 6 month program you feel you still need support, we will work with you for an extra month - free of charge -  to help you achieve your goals.
